PCRC has had significant growth over the last two years, and with this growth, the need to improve organizational processes and structures.
Over the course of several months, Mari and Michele will work to make the needed adjustments as PCRC transitions from small to medium sized.
Michele is an experienced non-profit ED who has delt with organizational growth, complex funder reporting, and managing a growing staff team, all within the context of the very challenging social issues that renewal corporations work to address.
