Spark match! Kirsten Earl McCorrister, a consultant with extensive experience in planning and facilitating nonprofits, has completed a Spark project with Trees Winnipeg – Coalition to Save the Elms, Manitoba, Inc.

Together they were able to redesign the organization’s governance and operational structure to meet the significant growth in programming that Trees Winnipeg has undertaken.
