Armin Pialek, a project manager for the Taproot and BMW Foundations, recently spoke with Spark’s Program Coordinator Geoff Ripat. In Armin’s subsequent blog post, he reflects on the growing movement of people facilitating community capacity building. Spark’s funding model, with its varied sources of government and non-government funders, is evidently envied by Spark’s American counterparts. Armin also coordinates the Global Pro Bono Summit, to be held in February 2014 in San Francisco.
Spark is looking forward to attending the Summit.
