The Red Road Lodge, located in the old Occidental Hotel on Main Street, offers housing, pre-employment training, arts workshops and a caring community for local people, many of whom struggle with mental health issues and homelessness. Repeat Spark volunteer and law student Daniel Chornopyski (centre), who is articling at Pitblado Law, will be helping the Lodge (board members Daniel Furlan (left) and Richard Walls (right) shown here) update and improve their organizational bylaws. Pitblado is doing this work pro bono, with Spark as intermediate and match maker.
